Handing off admin, billing, or data work means handing over some level of access. Here's exactly how we vet workers, limit what they can touch, and what happens when an engagement ends — plus what stays your responsibility.
Ask us about your specific requirementsEvery worker is screened before being matched to a client engagement — this happens once, upfront, not after they've already started touching your systems.
Each worker signs a confidentiality agreement covering your data, tools, and business information before onboarding begins, and it stays in effect after the engagement ends.
Workers only use the accounts and permission levels you assign — never broader system access, admin rights, or credentials beyond what the task requires. You control what's granted, and can revoke it at any time.
Work happens inside the systems you already use. We don't copy, export, or retain client data in separate internal systems of our own.
When an engagement ends or a worker is replaced, all access is revoked the same day — logins, shared drives, and any tool permissions granted during the engagement.
If something looks off — unusual activity, a concern about a worker's conduct, or anything else — you raise it with your account contact directly, not a support ticket queue.
If your business needs a particular data-handling process, access model, or additional agreement in place, tell us on a discovery call and we'll work out whether it fits.
